Recognizing the massive potential of the growing video game industry, Disney is finally holding a panel specifically showcasing some of its upcoming video game projects at this year’s D23. Given the size of the media giant, there’ll be plenty to announce and show off across all its brands and franchises such as Marvel and Star Wars.
The popular LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be making a few reveals over new content while fans will also get more development progress updates for Marvel’s Midnight Suns. We’ll also see more of Disney Dreamlight Valley as well as another Marvel action-adventure title that’s currently in the works at Skydance New Media.
Other details have been kept under wraps for now, but those interested should definitely be on the lookout for when D23 launches on September 9. The event can be livestreamed on Disney’s YouTube channel as well as Marvel’s Twitch channel.
Elsewhere in gaming, EA Sports insists players actually love FIFA loot boxes and microtransactions.
