The quest for deals is eternal, but today is a pretty good day for them. Both Target and Amazon have a “buy 2, get 1 free” (or “get 3 for the price 2,” if you prefer that phrasing) deal going on for select video games, as well as select “board games, activity kits, puzzles, … movies & books.” There’s a wide selection of titles to choose from too.
At Target, the “buy 2, get 1 free” game deal applies to seemingly everything, from the newly released Pokémon Legends: Arceus, through to Metroid Dread, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD, and Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The “buy 2, get 1 free” game deal has a more restricted but still appreciable selection at Amazon, including Shin Megami Tensei V (which is already on sale for $10 off), Metroid Dread, The Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening, Sonic Colors: Ultimate (also on sale), and WarioWare: Get It Together! (also currently on sale). And obviously, the deals aren’t limited to Switch games. You can go grab the PlayStation 4 version of Spider-Man: Miles Morales for $30 at Amazon, for instance.
So, if you’ve been waiting to pull the trigger on a game or two (or three) since Christmas, now may be the time to get on that at Target and Amazon with these “buy 2, get 1 free” deals.
